Refund Policy

We want every student to feel good about learning with us. This policy explains when refunds and credits apply.

Live classes & workshops

• 7+ days before the session — full refund, no questions asked.
• 48 hours to 7 days before — free reschedule to the next available session, or a 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before — no refund, but the session recording is provided.

Recorded courses

• Within 7 days of purchase — full refund if you have watched less than 20% of the course content.

Individual (1-on-1) classes

• Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

If we cancel

If a session or course is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to the rescheduled date — your choice.

How to request a refund

Email hello@arpitaartacademy.com with your booking details. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
