Terms of Service

These terms apply to all live classes, masterclasses, recorded courses, and other services offered by Arpita Art Academy through arpitaartacademy.com.

1. Bookings

• A place is confirmed once we have confirmed your booking by email and, where applicable, payment is received.
• Session times are published in Indian Standard Time (IST) with your local time shown for convenience. Please double-check your time zone — missed sessions due to time-zone errors are handled under our refund policy.

2. Payments

• Prices are displayed in USD with an approximate INR equivalent. Actual charges are in USD (or as shown at checkout).
• Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider. We never see or store your card details.

3. Class conduct

• Be kind. Our studio is a generous, intimidation-free space — disrespectful behaviour towards the instructor or fellow students may result in removal without refund.
• Live session recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or republished.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, demonstrations, and recordings are the intellectual property of Arpita Art Academy. Your own artwork always remains yours.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
